Well, we didn't make it to church this morning! The Brush company picnic was today at 11 am. And it was in Bascom Ohio. It took us over an hour to get there because my Verizon Wireless Navigation took us to Tiffin instead of Bascom. (Remind me to call and complain about that).
Every year Brush has an employee & family appreciation picnic at Meadowbrook Park in Bascom. They have great ribs and chicken, lots of door prizes, raffles, swimming, games for the kids and adults!
So we spent the day there. The kids had a blast! In fact, they were out cold within a few minutes once we got in the car to head home.
Don't worry though, Rob and I planned ahead for this weekend. Knowing that we would miss church today, we went to Cedar Creek to get our Jesus on yesterday evening before the Fest.
