The kids participate in our church's Caravan program throughout the school year. During the summer, Miss Dawn does a fantastic job with keeping the kids active and connected with events! Today they were able to go bowling! Jourdyn is technically not in Caravan's anymore, but still loves to do things with Miss Dawn. So she always comes along for these things.
Nadine loves to bowl! She's a lot like me, in that she is always falling down when she's bowling. This time she even hit the oil in the lane and went flying! (I've done that before!) Rowan also loves to bowl! He gets so excited about it! He is definitely going to be competitive and a sports kid!
All of them however get caught up with the arcade games and candy machines. It always disappoints them to not have the ability to play those things. I tell them "We are bowling, we didn't come for arcades!" Rowan will play regardless! He gets on the driving games and it doesn't matter to him if there are coins are not. He loves watching the screen and acting like he's playing.
