Farmer's Market

This morning mom, Nadine and I got up and went downtown for the 8th Street Farmer's Market. The city shuts down the whole street for market vendors, arts & crafters, vinters, basically all local stuff. They have folk artists playing on different corners. We were amazed at how many people were there.

My favorite artist there was Miss Courageous pop jewelry & accessories. She took game pieces, like Scrabble, dominoes, and so forth and made really cute and sassy jewelry out of them. Another interesting one was the Diva of Duct Tape.

We also so Dorothy, Glenda the Good Witch, the wicked witch, the cowardly lion, and the scarecrow.
